Summa FSF S.A., hereinafter Summa Factoring, welcomes you to its website: www.summa.com.uy and invites you to learn about the Terms and Conditions of Use and other applicable regulations.

Purpose

Through this site, users may provide Summa Factoring with their data so that it can:

Any conflict arising from this will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Montevideo, Uruguay, and will be ruled in accordance with Uruguayan law.

The address for all legal purposes is set at Yí 1532, Montevideo and the user establishes his address as the one indicated in the personal data entered on the site.
